Solal Niacin Vitamin B3 35mg 60 Tabs. Vitamin B3 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Contains no preservatives or artificial colourants. Niacin (nicotinic acid or vitamin B3) helps the body to metabolise carbohydrates, proteins and fats. It contributes to normal psychological function and prevents niacin deficiency.

Dosage Directions:

• Adults over 18 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily, after food.
• Niacin often causes red flushing of the skin, especially when consumed on an empty stomach.
• It is therefore recommended to start by taking a quarter to half tablet daily after food, gradually increasing the daily dose to 1 tablet.

Take Note:
Avoid if you are allergic to the ingredients. Don't exceed indicated dose, nor combine with other medication or pre-existing illness without medical advice.
