Malabsorption/Maldigestion including: Pancreatitis; Chronic diarrhoea; Short BowelSyndrome; Steatorrhoea; Gut atrophy. Critically Ill, including: Early enteral nutrition;Sepsis; Low albumin; Transition/weaning from parenteral nutrition.
